Carso Cave Church is located at Alternate Dimension - Kaslow Plain. You can actually enter inside the dungeon without doing any chain quest or quest line although you cannot enter at the last boss room so for you to enter inside you need these quest line. The quest line is a pop- up quest so please check your unacquire quest or quest log.
