Knoll Fort is located in Rebel Base. Simply go to Kaslow Wilderness and talk to hopp but you have to remember that you cannot enter in Rebel base if you didn't manage to finish the main quest for Blazing Kaslow. Another way to enter in Rebel base is through teleporter stone.
Knoll Fort Main Quest:
1. QUEST NAME : L85. Arrogant Beastman
Mission: Talk to --> NPC NAME: Royal Colonel Clark
NPC LOCATION: Rebel Base (X:251,Y:196)
2. QUEST NAME : L85. Challenge From the Ancient City
Mission: Collect Item --> Beastman General's Armor Fragment
