Condemned Island is located in Heirloom Peninsula, in order for you to enter inside, you need to take some quest line and you have to obtain a mission order, mission order can be obtain on monster hunting board. Below are the list of the quest that you need to take. Quest line are Located at Frostfire Pass and Heirloom Peninsula and i would like to add that there are some people couldn't find the quest line, where they stop or whether they done the quest and left it, If you can't find it, kindly check unacquared quest or quest log, also try going to the npc where you can get the quest because sometimes the quest pop up and we decline it or X it. This where the main quest of Condemned Island starts, Just a heads up again, some people do quest ahead, so they probably take some of the quest and left it undone, so if you are lost with the main quest please check your unacquire, quest log, or go to all npc written on the quest lines, I know its hard to find because there's a lot of quest line written above) but it's the only way to find where you left the quest or where you stop so please double check them and go to the locations of NPC.
All of the information above, I got all of these in game by doing the chain quest one by one, and as for the exact locations of mobs and npc I got some on Grand Fantasia Data Base, If ever i mispell some words forgive me :)

NOTE:
You need to defeat the Boss that appears once you killed Mighty Ardenis, Boss name Enraged Ardenis. Once you are done with this you'll acquire a title < True Black Bone Pirate > then you got it talk to NPC Ardenis's Followers Jadice and select go to Ancient Seal, you'll be teleported at the last boss room, defeat the Last Boss <Ancient Sprite Messenger> Sangcart to complete the Mission Order and acquire the title <Condemned Island Pioneer>.
